An educational institution recognized the need for a more efficient system to manage admissions, finances, course administration, and reporting. While existing processes were manual or handled through multiple disconnected systems, this caused delays and confusion. Znifa collaborated with the institution to develop a comprehensive University Management System that centralizes all key functions and streamlines academic operations.
Znifa developed a web-based system comprised of distinct modules for managing Users, Courses and Departments, maintaining student details, handling hostel and mess information, setting up fees and tracking payments, processing applications and generating reports. The system features role-based access, ensuring users can only view information relevant to their responsibilities. With a simple side menu, users can easily perform tasks such as adding students, checking payments, and accessing reports efficiently.
Znifa assigned a focused team of five professionals to the project. This team undertook a comprehensive analysis of the existing system, conducted a thorough technology evaluation, and was actively involved in designing the solution, developing the application, deploying it, and providing continuous support.
